Created a variety of instructional technology initiatives. I formulated and directed comprehensive district grants and instructional programs. Notable achievements: Increased the fidelity of instructional software where 8 of 10 sites showed academic growth. Launched other online programs to support secondary instructional intervention.

Coordinated of the Teacher Incentive Fund “Quest for Success” grant program resulting in over $300,000 in teacher and administrator payments.

Administrated Special Education, Technology, Discipline, and Facilities and other programs for Abbott Elementary School as Assistant Principal for 3 years with consistent gains in student achievement.
