We love our Dash, Dot, Ollie, and Sphero robots in TK. There are so many ways the students can use them from simply driving them around, to incorporating them into code lessons through Tynker and other kinds of imaginative STEM activities. Now, with 27 students in my classroom, I see the great need to have more experiences.
I created this Donor’s Choose project (Hands-on TK Robotics) to help us get into robotics through play and exploration. (Here’s the short link: http://bit.ly/2Q33Jw4) And here’s one of the videos I found that talks through a demo of this really cool kit. This one speaks to how durable they are. That’s a TK requirement.
